No-Bake Christmas Wreath Cookie

M&M's, 1 Pack (10 oz)
Maika`i Chocolate Bar 72%, 3 Bars
Powdered Sugar, 1/4 Cup

- 96 pieces mini pretzel twists
- 10 oz (1 pack) strawberry belts
- 10 oz (1 pack) M&Ms
- 9 oz (3 bars) Maika`i Chocolate Bar 72%
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Break up 2 1/3 of the chocolate bars along the demarkation lines. Set aside.
- Using the longest strawberry belts, strip them in long pieces and tie bows.
- In a microwave salfe container, melt the 2 1/3 chocolate bars in 15-second increments, while stirring in between. Once the chocolate is completely melted, break the partial 1/3 bar into pieces and put in melted chocolate. Continue to stir until chocolate is dissolved, and a little cooler than surface body temperature (89F or lower). (If there are a couple small pieces, it's okay!)
- Using a spoon, place a small dollop of chocolate on parchment paper and make a circle.
- Arrange your candies in a clock-like patter and place the bow in the middle. Allow to set. Place in fridge to allow to set faster.
- On a separate parchment, place another circle of chocolate and place 4 pretzels inside the circle to form a flower shape.
- Drizzle more chocolate on top of the flower and repeat with 4 more pretzels.
- Drizzle more chocolate on the double stack of pretzels and place the set disc of chocolate with candies on top. Allow to set.
- Once set, dust with powdered sugar.
- Use another piece of belt to make a string to hang the cookie if you wish.
